Welcome to the home of the English Cocker Spaniel Field Trial Hall of Fame

The Cocker Hall of Fame concept began late 2010 and developed in earnest by May 2011, when a group of Founders agreed to fund permanent space in the new Sporting Dog Wing at the National Bird Dog Museum in Grand Junction, TN. The English Cocker Spaniels became members of the Field Trial Hall of Fame in February, 2012, and inducted its first class of recipients of the award in February, 2013.

The mission of the English Cocker Spaniel Field Trial Hall of Fame is three-fold:

Preserve the history of the English and American Cocker Spaniels as it relates to field trial competition

Recognize distinguished individuals and deserving dogs for exceptional contributions to the sport of field trialing English and American Cocker Spaniels

Provide a place where the public can learn more about English and American Cocker Spaniels as a competitor and hunting companion

We invite you to enjoy this website and visit our permanent display at the Bird Dog Museum.
